The first challenge was to find a tool that could create a 3D model of the patient using photos taken of the face from the front, right and left half profiles and right and left profiles. After several tests with various facial reconstruction platforms, we were able to create one that was agile and had a satisfactory result so that we could visualize the imperfections of the skin on the patient's face, such as expression marks, wrinkles, etc. After arriving at an ideal proposal, the next challenge was to be able to apply it correctly and following the exact points created by Dr. Maurício. Then came the next challenge, which was to ensure that the system had the correct deformation in the model according to the medication applied. We finally arrived at a system that brings a very satisfactory result for this simulation for training doctors who take the course with Dr. Maurício.
